MAA Organizational Development

The Master of Arts in Administration (MAA) in Organizational Development prepares students for management and analyst positions in organizations undergoing process-centered transformation as well as other positions within, or related to, the profession of Organizational Development. The concentration focus is on the functions of organizational assessment, diagnosis, and intervention as well as on the functions of the training and development. To fulfill the requirements for this MAA degree program and concentration, students must complete:
